Robert Gardner is a native of Springfield, Tennessee. He graduated from Tennessee State University in 1989 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He began working at the Springfield Electric Department in 1990 as an Electrical Engineer, and was then promoted to Director in 1994.

He is married to Peggy Swann Gardner. They currently have no children but are planning to start their family soon. Robert serves as Asst. Pastor of the Greater Faith Apostolic Church in Springfield where his father, Eld. Harold Hines, is pastor. His hobbies include: playing the piano and organ (he is also the church organist), traveling and reading. Sandra has been employed with the Springfield Electric Department since Aug. 1999. One of her concerns is the payroll. She does payroll for 16 full time employees and one engineering aide. She is also in charge of answering the telephone; recording service releases, overhead releases, underground releases, and taking messages when there are power outages. She also files, issue meter bases to customers, does security light contracts and security light removals.

Deborah Jones

Deborah, as a customer service representative, devotes her energy to the New Homes Construction Program, Manufactures Homes Program and Heat Pump Program affiliated with TVA Energy Right, and Advertising. She recently completed her second TV heat pump commercial vignette, which will be airing soon on the local television stations. In her spare time she enjoys being with her husband, Jerrell, and children, Jerowyn, Latrice and Wayne, she also enjoys cooking, reading, church activities and doing things for the elderly. She loves yellow roses and her favorite color is light blue.

Michelle duties include maintaining plant ledgers, the payroll ledger, work orders, and inventories of supplies and equipment.
